A CASE REPORT OF BEHÇET'S DISEASE WITH CORONARY ARTERY INVOLVEMENT

ABSTRACT
 We present a case of coronary artery thrombosis due to Behçet's disease. A 49-year-old female patient, diagnosed with disease and followed up by us, applied the emergency department sudden onset pressure-type chest pain, was evaluated as acute myocardial infarction elevated cardiac enzymes ST segment elevation in anterior leads on electrocardiography (ECG). Coronary angiography revealed near-total lumen left descending (LAD) circumflex (CX) artery,it intervened anticoagulant therapy. The patient's risk found be low differential diagnosis made terms infarction. Thereupon, causes hypercoagulability were investigated patient who consulted phase reactants high. This related involvement addition treatment containing antiaggregant, statin, angiotensin receptor blocker, intravenous (IV) high-dose methylprednisolone cyclophosphamide-mesna given for immunosuppressive purposes. It should not forgotten that there may vascular arteries also affected.
